Welcome to the City of White Plains Parking Permit Page.

You must REGISTER in order to purchase a permit.

 

Once you have registered for an account, check your email for the verification link. When

Verified you may apply for a parking permit. Applications must contain all required documentation. Follow the provided instructions to finalize permit per zone restrictions.

PERMITS ARE NOT VALID UNTIL THE APPROVAL PROCESS IS COMPLETE AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVED AND PROCESSED.

 

COMMERCIAL VEHICLE PERMITS MUST BE PURCHASED AS SUCH.

 

All permits are virtual and are linked to your vehicle’s license plate number. Physical permits are no longer issued, purchasers are not required to display evidence of a permit purchase within their vehicles. Your license plate number is your permit.

 

UPDATING VEHICLE INFORMATION

To update a vehicle for an existing permit login to your account https://whiteplains.thepermitportal.com and go to My Permits.

1.     Select to View the permit you need to edit

2.     Under Select Vehicle choose the vehicle you would like to replace from the dropdown menu and click Save

 

Charges are for parking space only. We are not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, breakage or collision. Articles left in the car is at the owner’s risk. The City of White Plains reserves the right to restrict the use of permits.
